Special Thank You from Valerie & Vincent

This past weekend we had the honor of photographing the wedding of Valerie & Vincent at the amazing De Serversky Mansion on Long Island. It is always a pleasure to capture special moments for such special people. Thank you Valerie & Vincent for letting us be a part of your special day! (and Thank you for this thoughtful letter!)

Dear Felix, Brian, Jacquelyn, and Peggy

Vin and I wanted to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for making this whole experience for us “out of this world” amazing. You guys all went above and beyond the call of duty in the time leading up to and during our wedding. Jackie and Peggy, you are some of the sweetest and warmest gals I have ever met and I loved calling up and chatting with you on every occasion.

Jacky, thank you for your emails and follow up phone calls, they were duly noted and truly appreciated.

Brian, we fell in love with Fred Marcus through our first meeting with you. Thank you for your professionalism, your talent, and for making us feel like we were part of the Fred Marcus family.

And last but not least, Felix, you are absolutely amazing. You have been such an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you for your energy, your sweetness, your professionalism, punctuality, and your unbelievable gift and passion for photography. We are so grateful, we got a chance to work with you. Our family and friends were incredibly impressed with your dedication. We LOVE YOU!!!!!!

We can’t wait to see the photos, and hope that this is just the beginning of a lifelong relationship. (thank you for including us in your showcase, we are super honored and are hoping to drop by and look at it in person next week, and thank you guys in person) .

We are so very grateful,
Love Val & Vin

Wedding Photography in NYC – The Mandarin Oriental – Liz and Alex

On April 9th we photographed Liz and Alex’s wedding at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel on Columbus Circle.

We wanted to give the photographs a very “New York” feel so we took the bridal party for a walk in the ‘hood. The couple exchanged vows in the 36th floor ballroom, overlooking Manhattan. At the reception the Hank Lane Orchestra played their tunes while guests sat at tables where the floral design by DeJuan Stroud was displayed. The vibe of the room kept everyone in a partying mood till the wee hours.

Alex and Liz, thanks so much for choosing us to photograph your wedding!
